so now I'm back in Malaysia since few days ago , as my flight scheduled to be at 6:30 pm where i had to pack up the stuffs right after my heartless last paper , as it happened to end at approx 11.00 am . But well , Alhamdulillah , all praises to Allah this paper was a lot better , 'better' does sound like 'okaaaay' ; but it is actually slightly as compared to the first integration which I can't tell where on the modul actually had the answers until now . pfffft .
okay back to our topic . HEY , if someone question you ; what's the best happening in our country , what will you say ? I basically thought of some places they should go and visit but somehow out of everything , I found Malaysian's CUISINE is the best . orang lidah Asia kan . haha so these are some delicacies that i manage to capture , this is only a few cause I eat a lot , and the eagerness and passions of eating , well , dis-remind me to capture more . lol!
honey dew (fruits are adviceable to be consumed before any meal to smoothen foods' pathway along the GI tract) , spaghetti bolognaise , lempeng dan sambal goreng , cucur kentang , nasi with ulam , sambal belacan , mixed vegetables , asam pedas and some curry , otak-otak kempas .
this is my all time favourite turkey breast sandwich of Subway , special recommendation of every Thursday ;)
how was it ? no regret after eating these foods yes, satisfying .
Last week , I'm having this examination week , stressful week , and for some reasons , my study is actually comfort if having snacks to be munch of . But , it's literally gain my weight unconsciously , ppl was lied by only notifying the slim body , but the depositing of fat process goes faster than the physiologically process is , so I am more fatigue than it usually does . Naik tangga MENGAH . Jalan sikit , KECOH penat . so then I have this crazy idea to go diet for a week ; tapi main-main je pun ; no serious intention . by not having rice as meal (tapi still ada conditions apply :p HAHA) and no dinner by sleeping early , no snacks to be munch of . HA! boleh la berkesan sikit . tiada rasa fatigue , kecoh pun kurang bila jalan jauh . xD tapi cuma seminggu ya friends , because the next week I actually planned for 'Makan Suka Hati' program since to recover back the loss I've successfully made . tak rugi apapa weyhh! cause I'm nor getting slimmer nor fatter . But i do have this intention to gain weight and eat all while I can . YEA =9 yums .
YESSSSSSS so if there's ppl ask me , apa saya buat time cuti ? saya akan kata , MAKAN , pergi jalan untuk cari MAKAN , nak MAKAN berusaha nak naik kan berat badan , bila orang bagi chance pilih MAKAN , saya pilih ikut suka hati saya LAH . kan ? hahahaha *gelak suka hati* :D okay , sedikit kejam di situ , tipu je , still ada conditions apply . :)
