sleepless night

hayy coffeee , u helped me stay awake keeping the eyes bigger enough to focus on study . pergh exams is hitting me up .

coffee is addictive , tapi tak kan nak minum se-gallon kot kan ? :p

tipu lah kan kalau tak pernah minum coffee , but how much is the consumption per day , that matters . aite .

past few days , some friends told me that only 60 cc of coffee a day considered safe which not even an amount for a cup of coffee . and i never consumed less than half cup a day . =__=' ops .

but , i just googled and found out that it is generally 200-300 mg of caffeine per day is safe . wallaaa ~ :D that would be the amount from about two to three cups of coffee and i'm safer than i thought . haha :)

to those who doesnt know yet ,

coffee is one of the best antioxidants which contains 4x the amount of cancer fighting anti-oxidants as green tea , well yea , keeping the looks younger .

regular consumption , besides , lower the risk of developing Parkinson's disease , type 2 Diabetes , liver cirrhosis (google it yourself , haha) , gallstones , kidney stones , asthma , Alzheimer's , and as well as improved the mental performance .

but over-consumption ,

-leads to heart disease (increase of plasma homocysteine-risk factor for coronary heart disease)

-cholestrol ? (yes, elevates the LDL-bad cholestrol amount)

-osteoporosis ? (from an extra urinary excretion of calcium)

hypertension ? (yeap , by elevating the blood pressure)

sleep disturbance, well students love this . haha nevermind , this effect useful sometimes .

dehydration . why ? coffee is a mild diuretic-water retention substance , increases urine excretion . so bear in mind , a cup of coffee is considered safe if one's sure enough the body's water is enough to cover the heavy excretion .

atau pun , it is likely to take every cup of coffee follows with two cups of plain water .

and , the best is , to consume a cup of coffee begins with bismillah , right-handed drinking mode , follows with two cups of plain water . heee :)

NO , you dont . it's pretty embarrassing to constantly checking up on you , never knowing what's the point . but i really did . =__='

LOVE can never be simple , i know . that's what i'm afraid of . these had got me into trouble in moving on . i AM moving on , don't get wrong , this is just so far i can go . dont judge me . pffftt . love is complicated , it deals with such feeling controlled by the heart . ppl know that . and the one you care and the one you like , that's totally two distinct thing and different .

ppl will never stop questioning and blame on why i'm letting you go . i know . honestly , this is way big sacrifice i ever did , in letting you go . or maybe the best thing i ever did on the other way round . why ? -dont ask , you'll never understand why like i said before it can never be simple . if you know me you'll know why .

tidak mengapalah , ini semua ujian , untuk lebih sabar dan lebih tabah menghadapi kehidupan . jangan pernah mengeluh kalau tahu apa yang anda buat itu benar walaupun susah , payah . sometimes we planned well, some plans might goes specifically as planned , but some may not . why ? because He decides better , Allah knows better .

I believe , i might lost something precious i ever had in the past , but somehow someday , I may get back what I've lost , or something better ? insyaAllah , nobody knows . ayte :)

bus and the employee

pernah tengok bas ni ? sy ada cerita tentangnya =)

as if you stay in jakarta and never experience travelling on this bus , anda memang rugi . :) yes , not even a single fan available , portable cushion seats ;p , bus driver yang tak tentu ada valid license dengan kain sarungnya , nobody will ever plan to travel by it .

i'm not promoting . neither do i wanted to take it as my first choice of transportation .

but today this experience opened the eyes . wider . bila naik bas ni , memang rasa nak sampai cepat2 sebab takut jatuh . haa . tapi hujan yang lebat dan kemacetan yang totally heavy , sungguh , kami terpakse men-takkesahkan diri terhadap asap-asap yang berkepuk , bas yang terhenjut-henjut , kejap laju , kejap emergency brake , tempias air hujan dan mml (macam-macam lagi). persembahan guitar informally dari unknown band yang datang menyinggah , itu memang perkara biasa .

biarlah semua tu , kata pengalaman-nak-jimat mode . tapi , saya kagum melihat si tukang kutip tambang bas . anak muda . tidak berkasut . mungkin tidak terlalu educated , dan mempunyai taraf kehidupan yang rendah . i can see dia sangat gigih to earn a living , to search for a spoon of rice . kerja dia , yang hanya sebagai tukang kutip tambang bas , yang tak pernah dipandang di mata manusia , tapi dia ikhlas . :)

all the way back , sy nampak , dia jugalah the one who search for passengers , collecting fees , but not only that , he even guide an old woman down from the bus in a rainy an at a feet-level-flooded area (slippery ground) . sangat berperikemanusiaan . in the middle of the jammed road , he'll off the bus to control what cause the jammed , ahead . n when the bus stuck for quite some time , dia siap sempat cuci windscreen , pakai sabun dan lap pakai tangan ok . WOW . wow sebab bas itu tak payah dibersihkan pun takpe , sbb bas lama kan . friends , ada yang sanggup kerja macam ni ?

sometimes , i never thought there's ppl who willing to do much to earn a living , or best i can say , kerja-kerja yang dipandang rendah oleh masyarakat .

sometimes , manusia sangat memilih untuk hidup senang , with highly-paid works dan yang dipandang tinggi oleh masyarakat even not in a halal and blessed way .

and sometimes we fail to keep in mind , and afraid to loose the wealth in doing good to others . jangan takut, rezeki itu kan milik Allah . :)

purest of love

i recently read on one post (shared link) on why a lovely person should appreciate her boyfriend . dan terima kasih anda mengingatkan sy tentang dia . bagus .

this one man i knew very well . and there's some parts of the video telling the truth , like man can change due to love , and do the best to his girlfriend . man barely put tears , but it seems easy to do so if he is broken due to love . he can be such a great listener to problems when he is actually not . he will always try to make his girlfriend happy no matter how hard it is . he can be the most kind person his girlfriend ever be with while he is actually being jackass to everybody . man changes a lot for love . and this one man i knew , he changed a lot in a good way , specifically for love . much of the time he'll be spending with the girlfriend . he do cares , i can see . and that's lovely .

but halfway through the video , i stopped . what's the point ?

this video emphasizing on bf-gf relationship . so for the sake of love made on ur own , being a loyal , caring and lovely boyfriend , to whom actually are u proving all of these to ? to ur girlfriend ? is that the best you can do ?

yes , love is an undeniable feelings . lumrah hidup untuk saling menyukai dan mengasihi . to me , cinta itu suci . i once fall in love , it's great . but how far it can go , nobody knows .

the soul mate had been determined by Him , when , who n until when , all had been determined . yes , there's always effort to be made but in a bless-ful way that He'll always counts on .

to love and to be loved , on my own opinion , blessed love somehow is a promise not only goes to yourself n the one u love , but to the whole world and to the Creator .

most of us had actually known this but cant stop practically do it . sorry for questioning but it's never wrong to keeep questioning yourself on the right or wrong of what you've done . it eventually improves one's self . :)

waking up while other still asleep , sometimes can be the best time to do things you dont want other people to know . but what happen to me recently , that is bila tiba-tiba bangun dan tak boleh tidur balik atas sebab yang tidak boleh dielakkan , boleh kata ini satu ujian sangat berat . and unfortunately speed up the homesick level . :'( anyways , my point here is , never fail to appreciate to whatever being given to you and in my case here , the nikmat sehat . jagalah pemakanan anda . :D
