Bismillah.

pretty laydiessss check out the foot inside the shoes . they might not be looking good but alhamdulillah , they're still there . I am now proceeding to the next block (about integumentary system) , but thisss matter has been bothering myself quite often esp when I get to learn more about bones during the 14th block . I'm a person who's looking down the Earth while walking , staring on my feet that just a matter I cant resist while the mind proceed to develop questionss why why and whyyyy ? OH NO .

yaww Im a SUPER-HAWT feet coz I having my HAWT body-shape . don't you have one ? haha , no means .. see, you're not as awesome as moi
I guess this would visualize exactly on what actually been bothering me . cuma , this is not my feet , apparently :p This deformity called bunion generally , but I was introduced with hallux valgus , till I finally found "bunion", short and less complex to pronounce . =,=' epidemiologically , it occurs more in women than in man . so the case of man developing such deformity may etiologically inherited . perhaps . err
I read few articles to get to know the etiology (cause) . till I found one explains the most on freedictionary I often use to search; in some thought it says "bunions may form as a result of abnormal motion of the foot during walking or running" ---> is it ? errrrk how abnormal pulak hani ni penah jalan ? adoi adoi
jalan lompat lompat mungkin (?) jengket2 (?) , gara gara terlebih excited time jalan ? hahaha atau jalan kucing ? (catwalk) atau mungkin jalan control . *erk* as far as i know pompuan suka jalan kedek2 je . lol
no matter how , some way have put too much pressure on the feet till it finally develop one .
*recalling my years back , as if I ever did remarkable way of walking .* lol
and as far as I remember , the most pressure I ever put was during marching . BUT , bunion already developed that time kalau tak silap , coz I could still remember how I persuade abang to lend me his army socks (tebal gila), double them before wearing those shiny hard boots yang bunyi ketepek ketepek tu , besides buying all those pads to reduce as much pressure on the affected area . see my effort ? haha I am as pathetic care like that .
by the way ? no matter how it has been my most bothering matter these few years (since I care) it HAS already been developed there , officially been one of the deformity which I initially thought to be excessive growth of sessamoid bone (apparently can no longer be a relieved assumption) *sobs*
okay nevermind . still tak fatal . hehehe alhamdulillah alhamdulillah and still, there are waysssss to manage such deformity *melegakan diri* esp modification on the footwear :D when the key is to remove as much pressure from the area as possible .
so , I am really gladsome and pleased to my closest to keep remind me :
1) not to wear high heeels . : literally , I rarely wear high heels so this shall not be a problem . :)
can this oxford shoes' high heels be an exception ? heeeeee
2) not to wear pointed shoes
I shall change to something wide and this ronald mcdonald shoes really get a total exact idea . HAHA
3) not to wear tight fitting socks
these socks are as comfort like that , now I know why I prefer these fingertypesocks aside from their funky-ness :)
and these vibrams look even more comfortable though , who can possibly provide me one ? satu jeeeee pls pls :D
4) not to exercise that put much stress on feet :
YEAYYYY ! hahaha so as if I grow "bigger" pls don't question why . hee hee . ohh massive happiness xD
Y'know, as if conservative treatment doesn't work , there are surgical treatment as well which called bunioctomy . ok silap , bunionectomy . Can I do this surgical treatment myself when I'm capable enough to conduct one ? hee hee , I know my feet weelll so I am really pleased if I was given the trust . *jk* lol . no lah , there's no such thing a doctor can do a surgery to him/herself , just imagine an obstetrician and gynecologist conduct a delivery for herself ? *erk*
..........
and this video shows the progress of bunion surgery , not remembering when did I download this , but this totally influence myself to once try . ^^'
But , a surgical treatment consider to be my last option , as if you watch the video above , the procedure involves the removal of a section of the bone (the projection part of the metatarsal - the bunion itself) and involves as well the insertion of pins to rejoint the bone . well as I am thinking , a pin will consider a foreign matter of the body , so for at mossstt the body can tolerate with its presence , for about 15-20 years (?) like that . I mean not for a long time . kan ? so when I reach 40 years old , what will it be ? ntah , random assumption . hehehe .
on my other perspective thought , I still consider this to be so much exciting , no doubt . ^^'
........
No matter how deformity it'll looks like , and no matter how the existence and it's development may bother me a lot , frankly , I am super-grateful to having those as in some way I gave extra care to the look, to avoid the pain of course as well as to get total comfort on movements .
The point is , I care for my feet , kaki saya kan ? who else gonna take care of your own feet more than you do ? kan ? hehhehhe xD
to maximize the care and the usage from what's been given by Allah s.w.t , Alhamdulillah a bunion somehow become a good reminder from Him . (= this is waaayyy intensely WONDERFUL . thanks Allah (= *grateful*
Few years back when I was form 1, I could still remember when me and kak izzah , both of us standing in front of the dorm , both looking at respective feet , and shouted excitedly got to know both our feet having the same enlargement at both joints (R n L) of the base of the big toe . (not yet knowing it's actually a kind of deformity) =,=' basically we both felt great to know we're having RARE type of feet , and PROUD of it . *insane LOL*

thanks, hunnay :)
